Fondue by Vegüchristin's Review (Apr 8, 2023)

Yesterday we made vegan cheese fondue. It's over 50% cauliflower, so I was very interested to see what it tasted like. It's easy to prepare and only needs to be heated. It doesn't come close to real cheese fondue in terms of taste. It tasted sour and alcoholic because of the white wine sherry. We stirred in yeast flakes afterwards, which made it a little better. All in all, only an average performance. But at least a producer dared to try this experiment. The original price is over 7 euros. It is enough for two people.
