Each vegan mayo I’ve tried has been very different from all the others, and this one is no exception. I think this has to be the best one for sub sandwich spreading. It’s so deliciously creamy and fatty, and yet light. It has a slightly almost sourish taste to it from the avocado, so the flavor isn’t as good as, say, Hellman’s vegan mayo. It’s also very expensive.
