The schnitzel was more like a cordon bleu. It consisted of vegan meat filled with spinach. The breading on the outside was very crispy. It tasted good. There could have been more or stronger spinach and the consistency of the schnitzel meat was a bit too soft and not firm to the bite for me. Overall, a solid performance.
