MISO GINGER RAMEN - homemade vegan noodles, vegan miso broth, wakame, corn, soy meat, menma, spicy cabbage, sesame, scallion, chili pepper $19
It’s unexpectedly quite spicy.. good thing I like spicy food. The miso broth was rich and flavorful, a bit too salty for my taste but it was good.
