NotCo is a #startupbusiness from Latin America using AI to replicate animal products using plants and vegetables. This replicates a 3% fat cow’s milk, and it’s made with #coconut , #soy , #pineapple juice concentrate (!), #peaprotein, #sunflower oil, and other ingredients. The colour, creaminess and frothing-abilities are great!!🤩 however, taste-wise is not my favourite substitute.
