I’ve had the fresh Greggs rolls but couldn’t pass up trying the store bought frozen rolls to see if they tasted the same. They do taste the same BUT with these cook at home rolls, you can actually bake them through! For about the last year, every time I buy a roll from Greggs, it’s underbaked. They’re still good, but it would be nice to have one in store that isn’t pale and cold from being left out for so long.
