So we recently did a blind taste test of seven different veggie burgers. Even though this isn't a "meaty" kind of burger, or maybe precisely because of that reason, this Masala burger was one of my favorites.
It has chunks of potatoes, carrots, green beans, peppers, onions, and spices. It gets crispy on the outside and it's soft and the inside, and all the spices make it taste just like a samosa without the pastry on the outside.
We like this marsala Burger on a bun, or just on top of a salad. Either way it's delicious. 😋
