Next Level founders, Matt and Cierra de Gruyter, took their big idea and risked everything to see it come to life. Cierra and Matt, a former Marine with a successful private equity career, had a comfortable life for their young family. Grilled tamari mushrooms, roasted butternut squash, turmeric cauliflower, red beets. All comes with ancient grains and chipotle marinated power greens. A lovely bowl, the mushrooms in particular are amazing!!
