True to the description, this was
the ultimate Mediterranean bowl!! So many wonderful flavours blended together on a bed of baby spinach and brown rice: tahini, green harissa sauce, fresh cucumbers, pickled turnip, four crispy falafels, and topped with delicious pickled red onion and avocado.
