Review of Duck Breast With Red Cabbage (Vegan Versione With Potatoes) at MAITREA by markir
The fake duck was not the best fake duck I tasted. The "flesh" was a bit like slimy and just not super tasty. It did not matter for me if it was supposed to imitate meat or not as I know it's not meat but seitan, but just the texture and taste itself was just a bit weird. Would be good to have it more "cooked" or smt?
