Movie night with the hubby was absolutely perfect after finding this gem at my local Country Mart. Literally, the only vegan pizza in an aisle full of pizza but hey, it's a big step for the midwest!
The crust was really good, could've done with more vegan cheese as it was very sparse. I'm a fan of Amy's vegan products and generally they have good portions, so perhaps I just got the last of the batch... but thankfully I had plenty of vegan cheese at home. 😋
