Veramente buonissimo! Il tempeh è stato saltato insieme al cavolo viola ed ha preso il suo colore: molto curioso ed invitante come piatto. Il tutto è stato accompagnato da patate al forno e spinacino. La salsa al basilico insieme al tempeh era stratosferica. Uno dei piatti più buoni mai mangiati in questo ristorante. Lo riprenderei sicuramente
