Review of Flaxseeds Milled Organic - PC Organics by plantifullush

First time trying this brand, I like that it’s organic, but you do pay the organic price. I’m sure there are better cheaper alternatives but if this is what is assessable it is a really good option.

Here’s why I added flax seeds to my diet.
Flax seeds are high in fiber and know as the richest source of omega-3 fatty acids, as well as phytochemicals called lignans. These lignans are attributed to health benefits such as lowered risk of heart disease, menopausal symptoms, osteoporosis and breast cancer. (National Institute of Health). They are known to help control cholesterol, blood sugar levels, & reducing inflammation.
