Ginger cookie crust, hot chocolate fudge, ginger cookie streusel, fresh mint

I mean, the presentation alone, so pretty in purple and a true work of art! I am not normally a cheesecake fan, but this one knocked it out of the park. Creamy and flavorful without being overly sweet.
