The croissant is delightfully crispy and flaky, with multiple layers of pastry that make for a truly indulgent experience. However, it may lack the rich, buttery flavor typically associated with croissants. While the chocolate filling is delicious, it's worth noting that the portion size is relatively small in comparison to the overall size of the croissant.

It's fantastic that the bakery is entirely vegan, but the pricing can be a bit steep. At $6 for a chocolate croissant, it feels like there's a "vegan tax" in effect.
