Pizza Rustica at Pizza Pala Romana — travnasty's Review (Mar 21, 2023)

First off, this place is great. But this Pizza Rustica was a complete miss for me.

It’s exactly what you see. Large chunks of vegan cheese, not melted, on top of sliced roasted Potato with a dash of parsley on some dry baked bread. No sauce, very bland with not much flavor. Doesn’t get much more basic than this.

I’m looking forward to coming back and trying something else from their vegan selection.

**There is always a longer wait when you order from the plant based and vegan and it’s worth it because it’s actually made to order and hasn’t been sitting out.
