Great versatile product.
I used it as a wrap filling, with kidney beans, sweetcorn, red onion, and fresh coriander, with soya yoghurt/cumin/cucumber/onion/coriander raita.
Only downside is small pack size, enough for 1-2 portions on its own.
Price point is also a little high, so always on the lookout for clearance/offers on this brand!
