If I should give a title, I'd call it "Big bread, small filling". The taste itself is even good, the issue in my opinion is the balance between bread and filling. In fact the bread slices are rather thick and full, it's not an airy type of crumb, thus with not enough filling and sauce, it remains rather stringy in the mouth.
