The shiitake mushrooms in the 
General Tao bowl are heavenly!  They have a consistency that is tender and very filling at the same time. The combination of broccoli, avocado, organic brown rice, sesame seeds, and sriracha coleslaw is very flavourful. The General Copper sauce takes this to a different level.
