Simulate chicken tenders

I have been looking for these for a while and finally found them at Walmart. They are well seasoned and taste good. I like that they can be either cooked in the air fryer or the oven. And they are not overly crunchy, like a tender shaped chicken nugget. They come 6 in a pack which was a small amount for the price but I think it is worth it for the convenience of being able to be cooked in a air fryer and for the taste.

Alongside the tenders is maple roasted parsnip and carrots. I used Italian seasoning because I found it tastes better that way.
