I bought this and a few other Daiya pizzas at Grocery Outlet where they were priced at $5 apiece. Normally, they’re $10+ at the grocery store. I’m so glad I got it.

The pizza was crispy, not soft and mushy. And the taste / flavour was delicious. The taste of the ingredients listed on the front of the box (mozzarella, feta, olives, red onions, tomatoes) really came through. The cauliflower/sweet potato/spinach crust was crunchy.

Nutritionally, there’s room for improvement. It’s heavy on the calories, carbs, fat and sodium content, but you also get a lot of fibre, protein, potassium, calcium and iron. So there’s a trade off. But I’d still get it again; it’s a quick and convenient dinner.
