Review of Farina di semi di carrube - Rapunzel by robertabi

I had no idea that this thing existed before taking a vegan cheeses class: they suggested it to make some creamy but firm cheeses and it's perfect for it (I made a wonderful stracchino with it 🤤). 16€, it's pricy but you need a very small amount for a lot of cheese.
