This cheezecake is absolutely delicious! I picked it up recently at Grocery Outlet for a very good price.
The cake has a wonderful creamy, smooth texture. Perhaps I had defrosted it at the right point. As for the taste, I thought it was perfect.
I served it to my parents who really enjoyed it as well. My mom who’s lactose intolerant was relieved that because it was plant-based, she’d be able to enjoy it without having to worry about the consequences.
I would absolutely get it again.
