Taste-wise, it was average and good enough for my tea break. What intrigued me was that this was dairy milk made by microflora and not from cows. Apparently when provided with the genetic information to make whey and casein proteins, the microflora will convert plant sugar into these main proteins found in milk through the process of fermentation.
