I didn’t think I liked this cream cheese at first. It has a tangy flavor that isn’t like I remember dairy cream cheese being. However, it does spread nicely, and after trying it on several different crackers I finally found a combo I liked. It’s good on Townhouse crackers (which just happen to be accidentally vegan!). I don’t think it would make good cream cheese icing, but I didn’t try it, so can’t say for sure. #creamcheese #ditchdairy
