Cauliflower steak at Enso Cafe — phi's Review (Mar 10, 2023)

all the flavours worked together in great harmony and moderation. truly enjoyed this dish. the sauce the chickpeas were cooked in was wonderfully creamy. the cauliflower had great texture, of both fluff and crunch.
