Please excuse the glare on my chili bowl shot. My dog wanted to cuddle so I had to take a picture quickly. These shreds are pretty nice for a change from my usual cheddar or mozzarella Daiya choice. I used most of this bag in chili but I also melted some on tortilla chips for snacks. It melts well like their other shreds. The flavour is pretty mild but sometimes you get a bite of pepper which can be surprising if you don't like spicy things.
