This was really good! A little salty. Flavors were really nice. I really liked the sauce. The cheese was so yummy. Some parts were cheesier than others. I’ve actually never had an enchilada before so I’m not really sure how they’re “supposed” to be taste wise and texture wise.
It wasn’t cheap though. For that reason, I won’t be able to get this as much as I wish I could because it’s really delicious.
