💚 HerbY-Cheese Series: Mozzarella & Cheddar : These plant-based cheeses features a farm-to-fork protein sourced from peas, making them possibly few of the healthiest vegan cheeses around. Their cheese grates and melts just like real Cheeses. To me, they indeed tasted like mozzarella and cheddar. 🤤 Eating it, I feel like pairing with red wine & crackers. They would be good pairing to sandwiches and serve well as cheese shavings for pasta too.
