Holy Shiitake Burger at Ellis Gourmet Burger - Ghent — Taz 🐱's Review (Mar 7, 2023)

We treated ourselves to #takeout delivery on a recent weekend away in Ghent, Belgium 🇧🇪 unfortunately I didn’t get good pictures of this #burger, but it was yummmmmmy 🤤 a mushroom-based burger, which I’m happy to report wasn’t mushy or overbearingly mushroom-y (as can often be the case) 🍄 the toppings look underwhelming in the pics, but everything was in fact fresh and delicious.

I also appreciated the super quirky packaging —- and all paper-based, no plastic in sight 💪

A few nice vegan #burger options on their menu, so definitely a good choice if you’re looking for a quick and easy burger option 🍔
