Review of Vegan Nacho Burgers at The Anchor by pringlebayvegan

Layered from the bottom up with avocado, crispy Natcho chips, a lovely patty, vegan feta cheese and a tomato, onion and coriander salsa with a splash of creamy vegan mayo and lime. This burger is so yummy I can't get enough of it! The roasted bun is delicious and soft and the dish is served with freshly made chips or a lovely vegan coleslaw.
