10 outa 10 sushi. It's made with a vegan egg apparently. But to me it tasted nothing like eggs, but more of a creamy yellow goodness. Even better. I really liked it.

I don’t know about Paris, been there a couple times. Waaay too crowded and touristic 😅😅
BUT if i happen to be there someday i’ll definetly keep this in mind 😉
