Boston Pizza has several vegetarian/vegan options on its menu. This pizza was one, although a couple modifications made it vegan from vegetarian.
According to the menu, the pizza comes with signature pizza sauce, BBQ Field Roast plant-based crumble, pizza mozzarella, red peppers, Italian spices and Parmesan. I asked for the mozzarella to be plant-based and no Parmesan.
It’s too bad there wasn’t more colour on the pizza; for example, green or yellow peppers, olives, etc. But I enjoyed it nonetheless. I ordered this same pizza at another Boston Pizza location and the other location was much more generous with its toppings.
I’d get it again regardless of the location.
