Review of Comfort You at Pastan Barbican by jessskh

Pastan must be one of my favourite vegan restaurants in London because I keep coming back for more and want to try everything! This time I got the Comfort You which is their Mac&Cheese which was priced at £12.95 and I also added lardons and truffle oil for an extra £3. I think this dish is perfectly named because it's just full on comfort food. The cashew cheese sprinkles on top was what made this dish memorable for me. The cheese sauce was well distributed throughout the pasta and the truffle oil did give it that extra fragrance. I won't say that this is my favourite dish by Pastan however I was not disappointed. I can't wait to go back and try their other dishes!
