Review of Original Tempeh - The Tofoo Co. by ameriamber

I did a quick marinade of this tempeh in Nando’s garlic hot sauce. The tempeh itself didn’t taste of much. So it was essentially just a sauce carrier. It crisps up nicely in the oven, though I wish I had cooked it longer. I still prefer tofu when it comes to this type of flavor carrier.
