This cheese honestly doesn't taste much different from the other supermarket own brand cheddar alternative really and it's much more expensive. Not as good as violife or cathedral city in my humble opinion but it's fine for cooking with. I made a cauliflower cheese bake with this and it turned out well, but I don't think I'll buy this again.
