I was thoroughly impressed with the ingredient list. Everything is natural, many are organic and it’s pretty well all seeds and nuts! As a consequence, the fat content is naturally high and a decent source of protein, fibre and iron. All the nuts and seeds are bound together with organic maple syrup - a natural and delicious sweetener. The maple flavour wasn’t strong, but it was detectable.
I just wished the bar was bigger. I loved the taste!
This Salted Maple Pecan Snack Bar was yet another treat in my Christmas gift from my sister.
