Was this caramelized « chicken » marmite good ? Yes. However my friend and I were told it was the restaurant’s best seller and we didn’t quite understand why.

It tastes good, but note that it is really sweet and is served in a sauce made of coconut milk, which is quite flagrant. I believe it is too sweet for my liking. The texture is quite enjoyable as it is slightly chewy and nicely moist and airy.

It didn’t quite reminded us of chicken though. So whether you’re a big mock meat fan or simply a vegetables lover (which I am), I wouldn’t say this dish is a must try.

It costs 10€ and pairs nicely with some white rice and veggies (otherwise it clearly lacks some greens in my opinion).
