Uramaki Undragon vegan

Por último pedimos este uramaki (nos dijieron que era la especialidad) y no nos mintieron. Estaba riquísimo. Estaba relleno de tofu frito, keso no keso y espárragos. Como topping llevaba una fina lámina de aguacate, goteado con Mayo Sweet Chilli VEGANA, salsa de Teriyaki y sésamo.
