Review of Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bar - No Cow by beckyyy

No Cow bars are a bit of an oddity for me as I don’t love them but feel my fondness for them growing a bit - depending on the flavor.

These bars are chewy and pretty dry so they aren’t the most enjoyable on their own but aren’t bad crumbled on top of vegan yogurt. They have good macros; this particular bar was 190 cal and 20 grams of protein. I like to have a bar like this when I know I’m going out to eat somewhere and/or having a day that’s more vegetable based without any or many overt protein sources. (Cauliflower, jackfruit or mushroom based dishes are delicious but don’t keep me full for long.)

This particular flavor actually works pretty well with the texture as it resembles cookie dough a bit! I would repurchase this flavor. I typically only buy these bars when they are on sale or coupon.
