I love ❤️ love ❤️ Korean food and this 감자 손칼국수 (fresh cut noodle soup 🍲) did not disappoint!!! This was the special of the day and unfortunately comes with clams. To make vegan 🌱 ask for veggie 🥗broth and no clams! Broth was so flavorful and veggies so fresh and delicious 😋! I asked if they could add tofu and he kindly said, “next month” 😊!
This restaurant is located in a food court inside the Assi international Market!
The lady at the counter who took our order was so patient with me even with a little language barrier on making sure my meal was vegan 🌱. She even grabbed the cook 👨‍🍳 to make sure he was able to prepare the dish for us. They were more than accommodating!!
This vegetable broth based soup 🍲 made with wheat 🌾 flour noodles and topped with #mushrooms 🍄, Korean #zuchinni (Aehobak), #greenonions, and shredded #carrots 🥕was so satiating!! Was warm and comforting on a cold 🥶 winter day!
The server came to our table moments later with #vegankimchi and #pickled #daikon!!
Was a perfect addition to the meal 🍽️!
I will definitely be back so I can try this with tofu! We come here now and again to shop for groceries!
$9.99 for 1 bowl of soup and the kimchi and daikon was on the house 😀
