This was like my 2nd time having tempeh and I’m glad I tried again! The first time was so long ago and I don’t remember what it was like. I cut half of it in slices, marinaded them, fried them and made sandwiches with them. It was really nice! I don’t remember how much it was but I’ll probably buy it again if it’s affordable enough.
