This was a really nice found! I’ve been missing ricotta since I am vegan but this one is a good alternative. Both taste and texture reminded me of original ricotta. This is delicious on bread and in pasta. I loved it because doesn’t have any weird aftertaste and the flavour is delicate.Highly recommended.
