Beet salad at GROVE — manuelaw's Review (Feb 25, 2023)

The beet salad was absolutely delicious. I asked them to veganize it by omitting the cream horseradish sauce. It had micro greens on top and was served with Pita chips. I didn’t care too much for the pita chips as they were soft. I think next time I would ask them to bake the chips if possible. But the flavor of the salad was spot on and a very generous size. It was two of us eating it and it was plentiful.
