#broccoli Romaine, #avocado #peppers #onion Achiote Squash, Roasted Corn, Crispy Crushed Fingerling #potatoes Served Over Flour #tortillas Laden w/ Refried #beans. Tossed in an Avocado #chili Vinaigrette.
Of the 6 dishes and #appetizer we got, this was our favorite. I thought the amount of crunchy veggies made for a satisfying but refreshing meal that contrasts nicely with the relatively dense tacos and appetizers.
