You can see my friend eagerly waiting to dig in in the background 😝 Luckily all my friends are used to my #forthedollar antics! I’ve had this #maki all three times I’ve been here, so yes it’s worth it! 🙌 If I were to choose one hardest meat to give up, murder aside, it would’ve been #unagi 🐟 Luckily #plantbased options have really come around and the abundance of #sushi places like this means it’s real simple to get too. The only thing better would be if I could get it off the shelf! It’s a #veganmaki as simple as the original; A wrap of #seaweed rolled over #cucumber and topped with #veganmayo 😋 Don’t forget to top it off with a mix of #shoyu and #wasabi!
