Vegan Strawberry French Toast at The Hard Bean Brunch Co. — Veggie Meg's Review (Feb 19, 2023)

I’ve never been to this restaurant but was excited to see they had a vegan French toast option. The menu said it came with Aquafaba custard but it only came with coconut cream. The bread was a bit on the dry side and didn’t really seem like it was fried like French toast. It was very tasty still, with fresh strawberries on top. Would try this restaurant again but would try a different dish!
