Review of Spinach & Tomato Quiche - Higgidy by saera

Very nice. It might be nice if the texture could perhaps be a little firmer when eaten hot, but very nice. A family member bought this for me and, remembering how rich it tasted from a while ago, I was thinking ‘oh no, they’ve bought me something no vegan’. I was surprised to remember that it IS vegan! It was £3.75 but reduced to £1.99 and contains 3 (4 small?) portions. Not cheap but i think thats probably a normal kind of price for quiches aside from the basic supermarket types so I can’t complain.
