🧆 Buah Keluak 🧆 is a star ingredient in Peranakan cuisine. In Bonny Tan (NLB Infopedia)'s words, "the black, oily buah keluak has been described as an acquired taste, with flavours reminiscent of cacao (used in chocolate-making), mushrooms and black olives. It has been called the Asian equivalent of black truffles."

Dad & I enjoyed this unique & super flavourful labour of love at an affordable $7/portion. This dish is only available every Mon, Wed & Fri in limited quantities.
