Review of Plantuna En Agua - Unfished by plentyplants
I bought this because I was really curious to try it out and make a “tuna” and vegan mayo toastie, as I hadn’t eaten one of those in years and I missed them.
The Plantuna experience started disappointing me right away, as the product itself smelled a bit like cat food. I proceeded to prepare to toastie and after it it was ready, I tried it and it was disgusting. In order to rule out the possibility of there being something wrong with the vegan mayonnaise, I made another one with only the Plantuna and the same thing happened. I can’t quite describe it, it tasted like made up food, like something weird a kid would make in on of those food-making toys. I don’t know if I’m being unfair, but I really didn’t enjoy it and had a terrible experience with it.
